It is important to understand that in order for us to live a healthy lifestyle, we must have a balance of these elements. It is not enough to just eat healthy; we also must drink water, take vitamins, exercise, and get enough sleep for our bodies to be healthy.
With this in mind, we are very excited to head out on our field trip tomorrow & learn how to create healthy meals for ourselves in the Blue Flame Kitchen!
